THE CHALLENGE Eventbrite has built a world-class events marketplace, enabling entrepreneurs worldwide to grow their businesses with live events while helping event-goers discover unique, local things to do. We are looking for an experienced and Senior Product Manager to lead our Creator Marketing Tools team. In this role, you will drive the product strategy for Eventbrite’s suite of marketing tools that help the Creator promote and maximize their event’s success. THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager at Eventbrite, you will be responsible for accelerating the adoption & expansion of our Marketing tools products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities, creating a compelling strategy and that leads a team to ship high quality products. This role will require you to straddle strategic thinking, superior execution and strong communication. The right candidate will thrive if they can balance their effort in these areas to drive maximum output with your team. YOU WILL

    • Lead the ideation & development of a vision & strategy for a highly impactful set of tools looking to accelerate growth.
    • Partner with Research and Product Marketing to understand user needs; identify and define product requirements.
    • Partner with Engineering & Design to create clear team-level goals & drive product development and delivery.
    • Partner with Analytics to measure your impact & iterate to continually improve.

THE SKILL SET

    • 3-4 years of product management experience, ideally with marketing products
    • Great communication skills
    • Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
    • Data-driven, analytical problem solver
    • User-first mindset with experience in user research and testing
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $201,600. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
