*Preferred location is Jacksonville, FL but open to remote work if the candidate is willing to travel regularly to Fanatics office locations* Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes and maintains the brand image for Fanatics Event Partners at local, national, or international levels.
- Oversees the designs and brand strategies for the Fanatics Event Business and identifies new opportunities for assigned products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis.
- Designs and executes brand strategies for the company and identifies new opportunities for assigned products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis.
- Responsible for producing the high-impact and visually appealing graphic designs for the Fanatics Brand for Global Events.
- Ensures product designs are aligned with the overall brand strategy and with the creative vision for the organization.
- Creates original designs that encompass design concept, color and materials by interpreting fashion trends and organization style guidelines for multiple product lines or brands.
- Create high-impact and visually appealing graphic designs for hundreds of different e-commerce websites as assigned.
- Responsible for brand-level development including market analysis, product acquisitions, and brand management.
- Develops and implements product education, publication and other promotional activities to communicate product positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers.
- May work in partnership with cross-functional teams in linking the brand to efforts by product marketing, marketing communications, Retail, Merchandising, and Manufacturing staff or other departments or units within the organization to ensure designs will appeal to customers and are feasible to produce.
- Responsible for building and managing the Creative Team within a merchandise category or collection of categories – including graphic design and product development & production.
- Develops short- and long-term plans to support corporate and/or regional goals; may manage vendor accounts.
- Drives financial results by providing design solutions that are differentiated from the marketplace and unique, including business shifts, key initiatives, new product concepts and seasonal focuses.
- Facilitates product reviews with partners and clients.
- Analyzes brand perception and ensures positive impact of the brand in the market.
- Applies consumer insight and market research to determine new marketing and product opportunities.
- Familiar with products/services and competitors’ activities.
- Understands business requirements and the target audience.
- Responsible for creative campaigns and storytelling.
- Proofreads all imagery to check brand metrics, spelling, and grammar.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Expert knowledge Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
- Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with concurrent and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity and production workload for internationally recognized brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals.
- Aptitude to handle multiple request /projects simultaneously under pressure and switch quickly and comfortably between assignments as needed with both concurrent and conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- BA/BS preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a creative portfolio of previous work.
