Job Description

.SAP Customer Information Management
*Price change management in SAP
*Development of processes and instructions for work in the area
*Generation of reports and indicators necessary for the different areas of the company
*Administration and Obtaining Sanitary Records (Andean Cluster)
*SAP material management
*SAP Supplier Master Administration
*Support functionalities and SAP errors generated in CD operations
*Coordination of SAP training in the Owner processes
* Resolution capacity and team empathy
* Confidentiality in the processes carried out and information management

Skills Required

Methodical person with solid knowledge in Excel (Exclusive). Exclusive experience in SAP modules MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), experience in SAP implementations or roll-out ideally in mass consumption or retail companies

Autonomy and leadership to work in multidisciplinary teams, advance English (Portuguese desirable). Ability to solve technical problems in SAP. High tolerance to pressure and changes in objectives, autonomy in assigned tasks and monitoring of these. Knowledgeable about logistics processes, their input and output to give support and value to the processes

Strategic communication skills to provide a service to the areas involved with excellence and team empathy. Adaptation to the change requested by the company and pro-activity to explore new work strategies.
