Trade Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator to join our team! you will oversee all import and export compliance procedures relative to supply chain, making sure that product flow meets global trade regulations, and all documentation is correct and in order.

How you will achieve success:

• Ensure import/export activities are conducted in compliance with customs and government agencies regulations.
• Maintain positive relationship with customs and other government agencies, to learn and gather new requirements and regulations in advance for implement and for issue resolution.
• Ensure all documents follow the record keeping process in compliance with Spreetail and government regulations.
• Ability to take calculated risks to drive initiatives forward.
• Follows through on commitments and holds team and/or department accountable for goal execution.

What experience will help you in this role:

• Proficient in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce, supply chain and transportation.
• Canadian exports experience.
• Adequate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships.
