Job Description

Freewheel is looking to hire a dynamic sales leader to oversee Beeswax agency sales in North America. In this role, you will build and manage a n agency sales team , develop and curate client relationships, collaborate with a number of cross functional partners and, above all, drive new revenue from Agency Holding Companies and Independent Agencies, through selling Beeswax Demand- S ide Technolog y .

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for managing high performing sales teams and who has deep expertise successfully n avigating and selling to the agency ecosystem .

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth from the agency customer segment, both by closing net-new opportunities and by winn ing new advertisers and campaigns from existing agency relationships
  • D evelop , manage, and grow a team of agency sellers , each with deep expertise within their customer segment and book of business
  • Responsible for achieving sales performance and meeting and exceeding top line revenue and growth targets
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem, demand side platform (DSP) sales, and the N orth A merican agency ecosystem
  • Become a product expert on the Freewheel portfolio, demonstrating domain expertise of both Beeswax and FreeWheel’s programmatic software
  • S trong relationships eit executive stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders internally in marketing, product, account management, finance, and legal
  • Represent FreeWheel and Beeswax at industry conferences and network effectively
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies , and best practices related to adtech, programmatic advertising, and digital media monetization

Qualifications

  • 8 + years of demonstrated excellence in agency sale s or sales leadership at an a dtech company . Previous DSP and sales management experience deeply preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a rapidly evolving E n vironment
  • Experience executing master service agreements with agency holding companies in the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Significant business-development experience, including leading sales pitches
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and experience managing across and up
  • Strong organizational skills and deep CRM experience
  • BA/BS degree required

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $177,337.92 - $266,006.88

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
