Job Summary: Working closely with the Graphic Designer to produce and deliver best-in-class creative designs and presentations for the business development team. Partnering with the business stakeholders, as well as supporting and contributing creative ideas and concepts to help with winning new business. Our ideal candidate will be a team-player with a real eye for quality design, attention to detail and passionate about creating professional eye-catching materials. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines is crucial.
General Duties and Responsibilities: •Produce and deliver design-led materials for the International Business Development Team. •Apply graphic design principles (i.e., layout, imagery, typography, etc.) to present relevant themes and messages in all outputs. •Understand and maintain brand guidelines, corporate identity and design standards. •Manage and prioritise your workload in a fast paced environment. •Help maintain and develop the team libraries. •Collaborate with the team to understand project assignment, audience, and intended messages. •Create original visual ideas for current and future presentations and other design elements required. •Track and communicate the progress of projects. •Amend projects as necessary based on the collaborative feedback process. •Keep up to date with trends within the graphic design world.
Education Requirements: •Degree in Graphic Design or other creative subject. Degree is not essential but advantageous. •Experience (c. 2 years) in a similar role and with existing portfolio demonstrating skills in a range of mediums including layout design. •Full working knowledge of graphic software and design tools (See below)
Software Proficiency: Experienced in the use of the following software. •Figma (Ideal but not essential) •Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. •Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint.
Skills/Competencies: •Strong sense of design with a creative eye and full of individual ideas •Attention to detail •Knowledge of computer graphics tools •Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet tight deadlines in a face-paced environment. •Strong communication skills •Strong team skills, including the ability to relay design feedback to the team. •Fast learner who will quickly possess a general knowledge of Fanatics graphical templates supporting company brand identity, consistency, and production of materials. •Proactive and able to provide clear solutions to any issues that arises
