COMPANY OVERVIEW We are PWCC. We're based in Tigard, Oregon and are the largest trading card marketplace in the world. PWCC is brokering nearly a half-billion in trading card sales annually (and you thought those baseball cards in your mom's basement were worthless!), with the goal of expanding and becoming the name for collectibles storage, research, and liquidity. We are growing rapidly and need the right person to expand our team and help us provide the care our client base needs.
POSITION OVERVIEW PWCC’s continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as a
Logistics Operations Specialist . Reporting to the Manager of Logistics, the Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities in support of the company’s operations department. They are a key element in the tracking, storing and management of the assets we receive. This position is responsible for various inventory management, inventory storage, and fulfillment of client requests and orders at our Tigard, OR office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •Packages cards, prints shipping labels and verifies accuracy of serial numbers •Uses computers to track inventory numbers and check inventory stock to match items to their serial numbers •Verifies item entries, item serial numbers, and inventory storage on computers •Identifies & pulls items from inventory for fulfilling auction and private sales requests •Works directly with team members and manager to solve issues, such as mis-shipments, rush requests, etc. •Manages high-volume of daily packages received, processes them into inventory •Manages high-volume of outgoing shipments when fulfilling auction purchases •Supports the Asset Controls team for curation of cards and managing inventory •Work cross-functionally with other departments •Keeps inventory up to date •Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: •Experience in logistics and/or asset management •E-commerce experience is a plus •Background with inventory tracking and fulfilling orders •Knowledge in inventory management •Ability to enter in data accurately with attention to detail •Strong decision-making skills •Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach, sometimes in stressful circumstances •Great communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to function in and adapt appropriately to a fast-paced environment with competing demands on-time and priorities with little to no supervision •Self-motivated capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines

TEAM BIO Responsible for all incoming mail slated for any of the marketplaces and vault storage. Logistics manages all fulfillments coming in and out of the vault. Fulfillments can come from Weekly, Premier, Fixed Price auctions, or a client fulfilling items from their vault.
