About the Role:

We’re looking for a Jr. Project Manager to join our Site Operations team at IPSY. You will primarily be project managing the QA workflow process, managing our Jira dashboard, and responsible for critical site updates. These responsibilities are key in delivering a world-class shopping experience for our members. This is a remote position and will report to the Site Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely with 5 data coordinators to project manage the QA process and ensure it is being completed on time according to our timelines prior to store launches.
• Maintain incoming Jira tickets with site operation requests and assign to appropriate coordinators and keep the dashboard on track with completing tasks.
• Oversee the launch of Ultra Personalization updating site experience with event dates, cycle IDs, and communicate to broader teams when it is live/ turned off.
• Execute creating/updating the shop ipsy landing page experience i.e. sort, banners, launch dates.
• Collaborate with merchandising team and product team to launch new site enhancements and ensure site operation tasks are completed.
• Support with special projects as needed.
• Communicate clearly and frequently on all open issues.
• Use sound judgment and take initiative to mitigate issues.

• BS/BA degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management and/ or QA experience required, preferably in a fast growing company. Prior experience in a beauty company is a plus.
• Must be highly efficient in G suite and Microsoft Excel (vLookUp, tables, etc)
• Have experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively in the constant changing environment
• You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and in a diverse team.
• You take direction well, prioritize, focus and are inventive.
