We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Marketing Copywriter to join our expanding team and contribute to the successful development of our media and ad tech solutions. As a Senior Product Marketing Copywriter, you will collaborate in developing positioning and messaging that conveys Klarna’s product value propositions. Your responsibilities include supporting the creation of product launch materials, sales enablement content, messaging frameworks, and campaigns that generate pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working closely with leadership and shaping world-class product marketing. In this fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, you will work cross-functionally in a creative, entrepreneurial culture. What will you do?
- Support the development of compelling content including positioning statements, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets that elevate Klarna’s products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to assist in go-to-market strategies and product campaigns.
- Help drive end-to-end product launches including announcements, web pages, one-pagers, emails, and other enablement touchpoints.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing to produce content that inspires action.
- Develop engaging and compelling content for a variety of formats including but not limited to deck presentations, webpages, one-pagers, product landing pages, emails, and other marketing materials to support product adoption.
- Lead the creation of co-marketing multi channel content, ensuring alignment with our merchants and maintaining the high quality and consistency of all content output.
- Collaborate with different product stakeholders to support various communications and marketing initiatives.
- Work autonomously to take briefs from strategic concepts through to quality execution.
- Implement process improvements to optimise content production workflows, ensuring scalability and adaptability for cross-market content requirements.
What will you have?
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a product marketing copywriting writing role, preferably within the ad tech and martech industry.
- Proven track record in creating content for a variety of formats such as landing pages, emails, webinars, and training onboarding materials.
- Exceptional writing, editorial and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, with a particular emphasis on CRM systems. Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Marketing to create engaging and persuasive content that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in optimising operations and workflows for efficiency.
Nice to have:
- Both B2B and B2C experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, SEO and content.
- Experience in co-marketing campaign content creation is a plus.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, or any Nordic language is a plus.
