ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employee Life Cycle Management:
• Initiates and/or approves HR transactions received via multiple channels such as Workday or case management system, creating additional document where required to support transactions (i.e., contract updates etc.)
• Uses systems to document, answer questions, complete requests and escalate as needed following the appropriate processes ultimately resolve colleague and HR needs
• Understands and utilizes HR systems including Workday and the Employee Portal including Self Service and Case Management
• Ensures that documentation and requests meet the policy and appropriate controls for each process
• Completed employment/ salary verifications
• Conducts data audits as appropriate
• Performs duties according to service level agreements
Colleague Support:
•Answers queries from colleagues, managers, and HR as it relates to HR policy, procedure and or tools verbally or via case management tool
• Educates clients of HR Services available to them and encourages multi- channel tools such as the HR Portal and other systems as needed
• Performs duties according to service level agreements
Benefits and Compensation Administration:
• Manage the administration of in country benefit programs (including Leave of absence) to ensure that or processes, are aligned with the appropriate data in a timely way
•Ensure all Starters, leaver and changes are reflected and managed accurately to make sure benefits options are activated with policy procedures and schedules
•Manage and support of HR & Employee queries relating to the scope of Benefits admin
•Any ad hoc support and maintenance with benefit vendors and their technology solution
• Administer Compensation policies, programs and processes in country as required
• Support and administer the annual compensation plans, managing the Annual Compensation tool and HR/Manger support to ensure accurate data is maintained and managed into Workday.
Overarching Support /Initiatives and Process Improvement:
• Actively contributes to delivering, maintaining, and improving People Solutions procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance, and achieving results
• Performs other related duties and assignments required as assigned by lead, supervisor, or manager.
