We have a great opportunity for a Physical Security manager EMEA/APAC to Join our team here at Activision Blizzard!
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing physical security at all EMEA and APAC locations. This includes guard force deployment, physical security investigations, site threat assessments, incident response, and security technology deployments and maintenance in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Managing physical security at EMEA and APAC facilities
- Providing local support and management for event security
- Local support and management of security technology installations
- Complete site threat assessments in assigned area
- Physical security incident response
- Must be available after hours for incident response
- Liaison with law enforcement, info security, and other units as needed
Player Profile
- Extensive experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or any combination thereof, with demonstrated years of management experience
- BA or BS highly desired. Degrees in fields such as criminal justice, homeland security, emergency management, intelligence studies, international studies, or similar fields desired
- Must have experience with physical security in EMEA and APAC
- Experience with incident response, event security, and security technology preferred
- Membership in professional networking groups such as ASIS, SIA, OSAC, or other physical security groups preferred
- Must have regional knowledge of best practices in physical security, standards, policies, and procedures
- Must have effective management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances
- Strong customer service and service delivery
- Position requires demonstrated integrity, honesty, poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to plan, coordinate and manage staff and operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
