DAZNでは世界各国のスポーツを年間7000試合生中継するとともに、独自の分析番組や選手のインタビュー、ハイライトの制作など独自コンテンツを多数制作しております。そんなDAZN Japanの制作スタッフとともに中継や番組の制作を行うプロダクション・アシスタントを募集しております。 Who you are プロダクション・アシスタントは、テレビディレクターをサポートするとともに自ら番組制作を行うディレクターになりたい人のためのポジションです。 スポーツ中継を中継車やテレビスタジオでディレクションしてみたい。スタジオ番組の演出やディレクションをしてみたい。スポーツ番組やVTR企画、ドキュメンタリーの制作をしてみたい。自ら企画を考え、出演交渉や取材・ロケを行い、編集する事に興味を持っている、あるいは多少は経験がある方を求めています。

Technical Skills required:

• ADとして番組制作に携わったことがある
• 映像制作、放送制作の勉強をしたことがある
• 自らカメラを使って動画撮影や編集に興味と意欲がある
• 番組の企画や提案を考え、参加への意欲がある
• Adobe Premiereなどの編集ソフトを使ったことがある
• 厳しい締め切りを守り、クリエイティブで柔軟な解決策を提示する
• 制作スタッフや出演者、外部スタッフと積極的で協力的な関係を築く
• 作業フローや必要な機材などへの理解力と新たなことを学習する力
• 動画配信という新しいテクノロジーを使った番組制作への興味と向上心
• 自分の仕事の時間管理と予算管理ができる
• 視聴傾向を分析し、客観的な視聴データを柔軟に番組制作に活かす

Personal Competencies Required:

• 番組制作・中継制作という仕事の性質上、夜間や深夜、土日祝日の勤務が必要な場合があるが、不規則勤務に適応できる
• バランスのとれた客観的な判断をし、編集基準を十分理解した上で編集判断を下す
• スポーツへの情熱・知識・興味があること (得意なスポーツ分野があることが望ましい)
• クリエイティブな考え方は必須で、その考えを明瞭かつ簡潔に説明出来るコミュニケーション力
• 仕事の優先順位や目標を立て、スケジュール管理する能力
• 常に向上心を持って自らのスキルを磨く
• チームプレーヤーであり、同僚や上司をサポートする
• 物事を計画しまとめる力がある事
• 細心の注意を払う能力
• プレッシャーと厳しい締め切りの元で力を発揮する能力
• 英会話力 (または、英語以外の言語:スペイン語他) があることが望ましい。勉強することに苦手意識なく取り組める向上心がある
• 番組制作経験があることが望ましい
• 当社が提供するコンテンツやサービスのクオリティの向上を目指し、常にアンテナを張って仕事に取り組む力
