ADP is hiring a Operations Technical Analyst II. In this position you will respond to Adjustment requests for issue resolution that may require calculating and posting corrections to the SunGard recordkeeping system. CS Technical Analyst determines appropriate corrective action to resolve issues and minimize impact to clients and E&O. Issues may vary from basic and administrative to complex and technical in nature. Duties include: submitting manual trades, reconciling plan and trust activities. Documents notes and outcomes in Adjustment Database and PowerImage system. Meets internal SLAs for response times. Acts as key resource for internal and external business units. Acts as an SME or represent the business in projects and initiatives. E and O trend analysis and recommends solutions for continuous improvement May have some client contact depending on work type and job level.
