Description:Enterprise Performance elevates RMS program performance by using our expertise to partner across the business to deliver superior performance, impactful solutions and customer satisfaction. The Director, Enterprise Performance is responsible for ensuring the performance of products and services we deliver to our customers; that EVM and Program processes are aligned, validated and adhered to for customer and business needs; and that there is implementation of continuous improvement and collaboration across the enterprise to drive performance, growth, customer satisfaction and competitiveness. The director will provide an enterprise perspective to partner with LOB VPs to identify and address programmatic risks and challenges, facilitate solutions to drive program execution throughout the lifecycle and improve customer satisfaction.
The EP director will represent EP as the Senior Leadership Team member for the LOB and will also support the entire LOB from a business performance perspective. They will develop and execute the strategy towards improved program performance of the LOB including PM Training and development, Independent Reviews (Baseline Reviews, PARs, INARs recommend we put these in order INAR/BR/PARs)) and performance metrics. They will ensure there is a cohesive and strategic approach towards growing future PM talent and in program execution.
Work location will be determined by the LOB assignment for the selected candidate.
Basic Qualifications:
• 15 or more years of program management experience across Military and International in development, production, and/or sustainment/training solutions programs
• Demonstrated success in program management roles at the Director level on executing programs through multiple elements of the lifecycle including the design, development and oversight of complex systems and systems design activities
• Ability to operate and manage virtually and in a matrix organization
• Ability to drive and implement change and manage through influence
• Ability to drive the foundation for business and program performance
• Outstanding leadership and project management skills
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Demonstrated executive-level full spectrum leadership attributes
• Ability to think and act strategically
• Demonstrated track record of working with multiple customers and forming strong internal client relationships
• Ability to balance teaming and flexibility while maintaining independence and ensuring process adherence
• Familiarity with Development, Production and Sustainment programs and teams, both domestically and internationally
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Digital/Business Transformation and the OneLM initiative
• Ability to give, receive, and act on critical feedback
• Ability to form creative partnerships to improve execution and competitive performance
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $195,000 - $325,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
