CI/CD Software Engineer - AMMM - Level 4

Job Description

Description:This position is with our AMMM Digital Transformation team supporting in Marietta GA. This position will support the transition of the AMMM Software teams to new tools, CI/CD pipelines, test automation tools, and development of tools and processes needed to support the digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will work within an Agile Team providing the tools and support needed for Digital Transformation. The selected candidate will also work with outside teams to provide training on tool usage and be able to come up with new tools for the teams to use as well as documenting the process for usage of those tools.
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle is a plus. As well as knowledge of DO-178B/C standards for tool qualification.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering field, or equivalent working experience
• Experience in software development using Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Gitlab, Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of Python, C, C++, Java, Linux, and/or DOORS
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in a dynamic business environment
• Experience writing custom python scripts in support of pipeline jobs
• Knowledge of DOORS DXL scripting language
• Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to create tools needed to automate otherwise manual processes
• Ability to develop command-line tools, windows-user interface tools, and web development

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
