日常的にはDAZNのソーシャルメディア運用に携わりながら、状況に応じてプランナーとしてソーシャルメディアにおける様々なコンテンツを企画立案・提案・制作・配信し、DAZN・スポーツならびにクライアントの価値を高めることが主な仕事となります。 幅広いスポーツに関する知見・興味に加え、ソーシャルメディア、デジタルコンテンツ制作、マーケティング領域での知見が必要になります。 社内外の様々な部門・パートナーと連携して働く重要な役割も担います。このため、スポーツへの知識・情熱はもちろん、チームの一員として協力する協調性とコミュニケーション能力が必要となります。 なお、本ポジションは、サッカーよりも主に野球、F1、ゴルフなどに興味関心をお持ちの方を優先的に検討します。 主な役割・責任 ・ 東京オフィスに勤務するHead of off platformにレポート ・ ソーシャルメディアの運用(投稿管理、レポート、分析) ・ ソーシャルメディアのコンテンツ企画・制作 ・ 社内各部署、対クライアントへのデジタルマーケティングの企画制作、運用支援 求められるスキル <運用マネジメント> ・ 年間を通じた日常的な運用業務を着実に遂行できる能力 ・ 期間集中型のプロジェクトにも対応できるプロジェクトマネジメントスキル <マーケティング> ・ ソーシャルメディアやマーケティングに関する興味関心・知識・経験 ・ マーケティング、デジタルマーケティングに関する企画立案等の業務経験 ・ 対クライアント提案業務の経験 ・ ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントなど <コンテンツ制作> ・ コンテンツ企画立案、制作経験 ・ 画像・動画・ライブ配信などのコンテンツ制作経験 ・ クリエイティブ制作ツール経験(Photoshop、Illustrator、Premier Pro、After Effect等) ・ 幅広いスポーツに関する知識や情熱 ・ 大勢の人に対して発信できる日本語力、コピー制作経験 ・ グローバルチームとの業務遂行を実現する英語能力 求められる特性 ・ 自律心とモチベーションがあり、熱意を持って目標に対しコミットし、達成できる能力 ・ 社内・社外ともに良好な関係性を築くことができるコミュニケーションスキル ・ 変化に激しい、スピード感のある職場で、かつ国際的な環境で仕事を遂行する能力 ・ 戦略とクリエティビティを両立することのできるバランス感覚 ・ 数字を見てPDCAを回しながら、数値改善を行うスキルと経験 ・ KPIや商業的な目的を達成することに協調出来る方 ・ カジュアルかつハードワークな環境で共に”仲間”として働ける方 The world of live sports consumption is changing. Fans are now demanding a live sports service that is built around them – a service that offers them the ability to watch the very best live sport on any device, when and where they want and best of all, at an unbelievably low price point. We require a social media specialistto play a crucial role within DAZN’s Social media team and help manage DAZN’s social media channels, especially non-football contents. While being involved in DAZN's social media operations on a daily basis, this role also requires to plan, propose, produce and distribute various content on social media as a planner, depending on the situation, and to increase the value of DAZN, sports and clients. In addition to a wide range of knowledge and interest in sports, knowledge in the areas of social media, digital content production and marketing is required. You will also play a key role in working with various internal and external departments and partners. As such, the successful candidate will need to have a knowledge and passion for sport, as well as the collaborative and communication skills to work together as part of a team. Note that preference for this position will be given to candidates with an interest primarily in baseball, Formula 1 and golf rather than football. KEY ROLLS ・ Reporting to the Head of off-platform, based in the Tokyo office. ・ Social media operations (Publishing & management, reporting, analysis) ・ Planning and production of social media content ・ Planning, production and operational support for digital marketing to internal departments and clients. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Operation management ・ Ability to steadily carry out day-to-day operational tasks throughout the year. ・ Project management skills to handle time-intensive projects. ・ Social community management Marketing ・ Interest, knowledge and experience in social media and marketing ・ Experience in planning work related to marketing and digital marketing ・ Experience in client proposal work. ・ Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Content production ・ Experience in content planning and production ・ Experience in content production including images, videos and live-streaming. ・ Experience with creative production tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effect, etc.) ・ Knowledge of and passion for a wide range of sports ・ Fluency in Japanese and copy production with the ability to communicate to a large audience. ・ English language skills to work with a global team. ・ Mastering communication both internally and with vendors PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED ・ The ability to commit to and achieve targets with enthusiasm, self-motivated and motivated. ・ Communication skills to build good relationships both internally and externally. ・ Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-changing and international environment. ・ A sense of balance between strategy and creativity ・ Skills and experience in looking at numbers and improving them through a PDCA cycle. ・ Ability to work collaboratively to meet KPI's and commercial objectives ・ The ability to work together as 'colleagues' in a casual yet hard-working environment. ・ Balancing ‘strategy’ with ‘creativity’. ・ We don’t like corporate people.
