Description: We are Lockheed Martin
Control Account Manager (CAM): This position is within the Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) Detail Design team, a part of the Test and Evaluation organization. As the design authority for FTI engineering across multiple lines of business including F-35, F-22, F-16, and ADP, the team is responsible for researching, designing, drafting, supporting, and installing FTI systems to facilitate the collection of high-fidelity flight test data. The successful candidate for the FTI Detail Design CAM will be responsible for all assigned Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities within this team. The candidate will also be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance reporting throughout the lifecycle of the program. This individual will monitor implementation of all authorized tasks, identify and resolve performance issues, and ensure the completion of contract requirements across multiple projects, concurrently.
This individual must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate will provide leadership that includes developing cost estimates and related documentation including basis of estimates, statements of work, Ground Rules Assumptions, etc. in response to requests for proposals, cost estimates, and Rough Order of Magnitudes for future tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Business (accounting, finance, marketing, etc.) or related degree
• Experience in Project Management
Desired Skills:
• Experience with engineering estimation
• Experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties and/or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment with dynamic priorities and varying work tasks
• Excellent communication and analytical skills (verbal and written), with ability to brief Executive Leadership
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical/financial data in a concise and effective manner
• Experience with BOE(Basis of Estimate) development/ Cost estimation
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $50,300 - $96,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $57,800 - $108,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
