Description:This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio and will also serve as the deputy to the Director, F-35 Lightning Sustainment Center (LSC). The F-35 Global Sustainment Lead is responsible for the F-35 Operations Center and the LSC Integrators. The integrators report directly to the F-35 Global Sustainment Lead and he or she will ensure full integration with LSC industry partners / LSC government team and the broader sustainment Capability Delivery System (CDS) teams in Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with the Global Fleet Support (GFS) and Supply Operations Sustainment (SOS) directors to establish policies and processes that will influence F-35 fleet readiness. The position is a key stakeholder for the Fleet Performance Integration Cell (FPIC) and will oversee the LSC integrator’s effort to evaluate performance metrics and make data driven decisions.
• Responsible for all aspects of Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) for the 67+ Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team. The position must work closely with industry partners, LSC government, US military and foreign military customers to ensure the highest level of fleet readiness.
• Responsible for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and will negotiate contracts with Joint Program Office (JPO) Program Management Office (PMO) and industry partners, British Aerospace and Engineers (BAE) & Northrop Grumman (NGC).
• Additionally will lead the M356 effort for the Wright Patterson team.
• The selected candidate must have strong written and verbal skills to effectively interact with senior leadership in and across all organizations.
• This position will oversee digital transformation improvements for the Wright Patterson team evaluating tools like FACTORS (Fleet Aircraft Tactical Operations and Reporting System), Tableau, Python and similar tool sets.
• Requires some domestic and international travel <10 percent.
• Must be able to obtain F-35 Program access. Requires a Secret Security Clearance. Must be a United States citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
• 10 years F-35 experience in program management, flight line operations, flight test, field support engineer (FSE) or supply operations
• Full Spectrum Leadership experience leading large teams .
• Program Management / Project Management experience leading large projects
• Experience working in and/or overseeing F-35 Operation Center or similar Fighter Operation Centers
• Experience working with senior leadership in USG, US militaries, foreign militaries and industry partners
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
• Working knowledge of at least 2 (two) of the following: Tableau, FACTORS, ServiceFLO, LDD (Logistics Data Dashboard), VISION, Action Request (ARs)
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Various F-35 experiences to include Flight Line Operations, Program/Project Management, Supply Operations and/or Operations Center.
• Military experience with fighter aircraft (i.e. F-35, F-15, F-16, F-22, A-10, F-18 etc.)
• Experience assessing aircraft performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Understand technical operations of F-35 in vehicle systems, mission systems and low observables
• Experience collaborating across matrixed sustainment teams
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
