This is a fully remote/hybrid role and will report into the Global Manager, Cloud Migration Management, and will work with other regional Group Managers. We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee our teams Server-to-Cloud Migrations efforts by working with a variety of partners from across the company. This is the top company objective with substantial impact and growth opportunity. Your future team is responsible understanding patterns and trends, coordinating and influencing to incorporate key learnings back into migration strategy and operations across GTM and R&D. Your main responsibilities will be to prevent blockers and escalations by removing risk, clear blockers and share updates and learning across the highest levels of the organisation with the goal to improve repeatability/standardisation.

What you'll do:

    • Have a pulse on all assigned Accounts accounts in the region and take co-ownership of the overall success of the accounts' migration success with the Account team.
    • Help prevent blockers and escalations by highlighting and removing risk by creating holistic mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelines.
    • Engage on the backend to fasten resolution related to cross-functional teams, Sales, CSI, CSS, Product through influencing in support of the Cloud Migration Management team.
    • Drive execution and ensures accountability across internal key stakeholders while keeping customer experience and end goals at heart, the Mission Director is a voice of the customer.
    • Conduct research, interviews, and joins retrospectives of the most complex migrators to deepen customer pain points understanding to drive further strategic change.
    • Collaborate with SET on monthly Blocked/At-risk to provide input on the list of high-risk accounts and impact to KR of owned initiatives.
    • Translate very complex issues into actionable, for example, into improved operational processes, migration plays so it drives efficiency in the migrations operations.
    • Join review rituals and coordinates with pre sales and post sales teams, represent customers and Migrations Leadership team
    • Suggest new migration plays creation for cross-functional teams and coordinates on execution.
    • Negotiate across many teams and partners to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability; re-baselining based on new information and effectively managing complex dependencies.
    • Be the champion for organisational effectiveness.

Your background:

    • 10+ years of experience in customer support, program management, product management with driving multi-quarter project delivery, collaboration, transparency, and risk remediation across teams.
    • Background in keeping track of the big picture goals, dive deep into the technical details and anticipate blockers before they happen.
    • Comfortable working and presenting to leaders, cross-department managers, and project teams, to drive a portfolio of programs.
    • Crafting and implementing pathways to improve the team.
    • Experience with anticipating and removing barriers that risk successful delivery, and enable cross-program cohesion.
