What You'll Do

Manage cases end to end while maintaining a personal, constant connection with clients and support teams. Reporting on Senior Vice Presidents & their Executive Administrators as well as VIP as they are brought up to our team. Assist Executives as they are onboarded at Cisco. Assist with process improvements and proactive measures to promote a positive user experience. Maintain the team core principles and be a collaborated member of this elite support team.

We are a highly empowered team who works together to complete complex issues for Executives. We work with multiple teams to resolve complex cases for Executives.

Who You Are

Cisco is seeking candidates to aid our SVP Executive Support team in our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina offices. This is a long-term project that is mostly remote but will need to be flexible to go on site on occasion. This additional staff member will function as a support analyst.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent use of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent soft skills for presentations as well as daily interactions with senior leadership.
  • Respectful with a passion for follow-through and accountability.
  • Possess the power of persuasion with empathy and the ability to calm a situation.
  • Able to think “outside the box” when assisting executives with complex issues.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a customer/client support.
