Job Description
The Field Executive Training Manager helps Field employees cultivate their training skills and knowledge. They provide complete training to the Field on all brand product, artistry and services in order to prepare the Field to deliver brand education in collaboration with the Commercial Education teams. In addition, the Field Executive Training Manager will evaluate the Field’s expertise through management of the certification process to ensure training quality for the brand is maintained. The Field Executive Training Manager will deliver advanced specialized brand trainings and Seminars in collaboration with the Commercial Education team, as needed to drive Retail Sales.
- Create a quarterly training plan that aligns Field training needs with business goals and budget.
- Teach Field Executives skills such as product expertise, artistry, application and service experiences.
- Train Field Executives through meetings and on-the-job training to deliver education content created by the brand for all channels and target students.
- Train Field Executive & Trainers on content and delivery of instructor-led Seminars.
- Evaluate instructor-led training effectiveness of Field Executive & Trainer and provide development feedback to their supervisor as part of the Performance Management plan.
- Train new hires as well as help veteran employees improve upon existing skills in areas of brand education.
- Assess Field’s training effectives to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field coaching and training.
- Conducts specialized brand trainings for POS staff, as needed. Stay abreast of new trends and training tools in employee development.
- Fosters passion, inspiring and motivating the trainers’ team.
- Analyze National Key Performance Indicator’s – employee productivity (IPT) versus strategic targets.
- Updates and informs marketing teams in products’ related topics.
Qualifications - University Degree and/or Specific Certifications
- 10 Years in the Make-up / Beauty / Skin Care field
- 40% travel time
- Strong coaching, teaching and development skills
- Strong Presentation skills in order to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages
- Strong understanding of Social Media grammar
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Strong development skills
- Able to build collaborative relationship both internally and externally
- Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and evolving environment
- Ability to work within a fast-paced matrix team environment
- Background experience and passion for Make-up/Skin Care/Fragrance
