Job Summary

Responsible for supporting our Supply Chain Solutions team who care for our Supply Chain ecosystem. Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all stakeholders to understand current challenges. Works to the teams to document current processes that support the Supply Chain Operations, Planning and Finance Teams while helping support the future state that will be enabled through these technology efforts. All activities would be aligned with improving the experience for our Internal and External customers.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Supports analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Finance and IT / CXT Organizations.
• Partner with Solutions, Business Analytics and Supply Chain Operations teams to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
• Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas: Stakeholder requirements, business cases, problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, solution recommendations and training documentation.
• Develops repeatable and thus scalable, plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
• Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (Supply Chain Systems, Field & Warehouse Operations & Planning teams; IT / CXT Department) to secure alignment.
• Prepares and communicates daily testing status and defect tracking during system implementations and enhancement rollouts.
• Formulate metrics that help measure the effectiveness of our system rollouts and application enhancements.
• Help identify, document potential risk / opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
