You will be joining a high performing group of individuals that serve as the backbone for the revenue engineering and contribute to shaping our technology strategy and delivering profitable business outcomes. THE TEAM The GTM Business Systems Team is responsible for providing thoughtful solutions to solve our stakeholders' challenges. We are passionate about GTM tools and align ourselves as the trusted-advisor to our business as it relates to the GTM Tech Stack. Our focus goes beyond the day-to-day support of user requests and platform management and reaches into being proactive in thought leaders in which tools Eventbrite should leverage and how they should be leveraged to support our GTM. THE ROLE The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to internal Salesforce users. They will configure, customize and automate solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with a team of Salesforce Admins and Developers to enable our internal users to operate more efficiently. The Salesforce Administrator will also support eventbrite’s GTM tech stack. This is a collaborative and detail conscious role that will engage with different parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

You will:

    • Gain a deep understanding of Eventbrite’s Salesforce configurations, integrations and GTM Tech Stack.
    • Be proactive in driving enhancements, improvements, and changes to the GTM platform to better support the Customer team
    • Drive the comprehensive implementation of technologies
    • Support tools outside of Salesforce that align with the GTM Tech Stack
    • Daily support of Salesforce user requests/tickets.
    • Work with leadership to drive the custom development of solutions to support Eventbrite’s initiatives
    • Create, updated and maintain user and functional documentation
    • Build solutions on the Salesforce Platform and support integrations
    • Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets
    • Customize development work
    • Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
    • Assist in data import/export/updates, system customizations
    • Support QA, testing and User Acceptance Testing
    • Mentor and develop fellow Britelings
    • Collaborate cross functionally to support multiple global teams
    • Willingness to collaborate with team during agile ceremonies

The Skills Set:

    • 4+ years experience supporting the Salesforce platform
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and connected apps
    • Experience with supporting other GTM Tools (-, HubSpot, Groove, Gainsight, Conga, Docusign, etc.)
    • Experience driving and owning Salesforce tools integrations
    • Strong knowledge of Lightning interface and Flow automations
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to explain technical solutions in nontechnical language
    • Understanding of business analysis and the ability to document processes and technical functionality
    • A strong customer service mindset and desire to help solve problems
    • Familiarity with with Agile methodologies
    • Experience working asynchronously and with global teams
