This position is in support of Sustainment Supply Operations (SSO) as the Manager of the Supply Value Stream Initiative (SVSI) / Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) Team. The SVSI/SIOP leader has responsibility to deliver the aggregated demand plan to the owning Program Managers for all LM Aero Sustainment Supply programs. This leader will also drive performance and execution of analytics throughout the SVSI/SIOP process to ensure actions are taken and closed to drive improved supply supportability. This position requires an experienced individual with knowledge in supply demand planning, analytics, and supply execution to lead and manage the integration between all cross functional Aeronautics teams involved in the SVSI/SIOP processes. Manager is responsible for leading a matrix team of individuals to meet the end objectives supporting the Supply Operations team. The selected candidate will need to demonstrate expertise in being able to bridge the gap between the fundamental objectives of Sustainment Supply with the technical aspects of how SVSI/SIOP supports the desired objective of delivering improved supply performance for the warfighter. Establish collaborative business approach working relationship with Lockheed Martin Team, Government Project Offices, and Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

This position will be based in either Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. or Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience operating within a Supply
Operations function.
• Business experience with distribution, logistics
support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge.
• Experience utilizing supply/demand models in an operational context (ex. supply optimization models such as OPUS)
• Experience overseeing and managing the
operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or
serving as liaison in a cross-functional environment.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Above in a technical
discipline or Supply Chain / Logistics with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
• Experience understanding model outcomes and
applying them to supply operations objectives.
• Experience in a services-based environment is
desired.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications,
including Project and Access.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions
to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project
progress and for intervention and problem
solving with project managers, line managers,
and clients.
• Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense
projects and experience with both domestic and
international suppliers is highly desired.
• Understanding of Root Cause/ Corrective
Action analysis as applied to demand planning.
• Familiarity with financial business case analysis
comparisons and contracts.
• Knowledge in operating SAP as pertaining to data
analysis.
• Ability to work without frequent oversight and
tenacity to accomplish assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
• Previous leadership experience with successfully leading small or large teams preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
