What you'll do

As the Head of Self Serve Revenue, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from our self-serve platform. You will act as the Product Lead for the self-serve revenue stream and ensure that the billing team is aligned with the product roadmap, so revenue growth goals are met. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the self-serve revenue stream.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the self-serve billing experience for our customers.
• Analyze revenue and billing data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use insights to inform product development and business decisions.
• Work out payment, billing, upgrade, cancel, and invite flows
• Own plans, pricing, gating, invites, team management, and permissions.
• Continuously improve the self-serve platform to ensure that it aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Report to CEO on growth, churn, team size, and engagement
  

Your background

• Experience in product management, billing, or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of self-serve revenue streams and experience in optimizing self-serve billing experiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing revenue and billing data to inform business decisions.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation and optimization.
