What part will you play?It could be a new tool release the morning and definition of new requirements in the afternoon: Welcome to the world of digital transformation.Join us and be part of a motivated and self-driven team within the sales function of the Electrification & Automation Business Unit (BU):
  • Product Management for our CPQ initiative within the business unit SI EA (CPQ = Configure, Pricing & Quote).
  • Collaborate and capture requirements from cross-functional segments (Sales, R&D, PLM, Global Product Care and Operations).
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap and vison in alignment with our stakeholders and ensure clear value propositions (content, schedule & budget).
  • Identify customer business needs and translate them into feature requirements in multiple formats: EPICS Features User Stories.
  • Engage with our DevOps teams across different digital domains to ensure requirements are clear, delivery plans are captured, communicated and progress towards deliverables is maintained.
  • Define the strategy for incorporation of product portfolio elements in the CPQ-tool.
  • Ensure continuous product improvements and enhancement.
  • Working in scaled agile framework, managing epics, defining features, managing program increment as well as feature planning activities and ensuring the right outcomes and successful solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate the proof of concept, field test and go-live activities for CPQ deployment.
  • Participate in demos and proactively provide feedback on delivered features.
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a bachelor ́s degree in information technologies or electrical engineering.
  • You have been part of a sales team, are used to working across regions and have been exposed to intercultural sensitivity.
  • Ideally, you have gained international experience before.
  • You are familiar with our protection and automation products and systems or with medium voltage switchgears.
  • It will be a plus if you have worked in software projects or gathered experiences with CPQ platforms – especially experience with Tacton CPQ would be beneficial.
  • You have worked in agile environments.
  • You have solid experience in translating ideas into high-level documented requirements that can be comprehended by development teams.
  • You are an expert in handling MS Office products.
  • You are open to travel internationally if needed and have fluent English language skills. German language skills are desirable.
  • You are characterized as a person with high level communication skills, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence.
  • You are committed and flexible and have already successfully proven your independent and results-oriented way of working.
