Responsibilities:

1.Work with digital image processing (e.g. binary, lowpass, segment eliminated, feature extraction, edge recognition) to create and optimize production inspection plans for NPI, CR and Sample

2.Work on PCBA AOI CAD components data handle and processing

3.Drive production inspection data analysis through dedicated SPC software for pseudo/real defects continuous improvement

4,Analysis and Optimizing inspection plans regarding with production pseudo defects improvement (e.g. electrode oxidation, bad IC silkscreen, poor solder) for better selectivity and preciseness

5.Product & Process specific test validation/verification according to business standard operating procedure

6.Test system sustainment by find and fix, preventive maintenance actions and technical root cause investigation/troubleshooting

7.Train production technician for all shift inspection troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization

Qualifications and Experiences:1.Good Knowledge in surface mount soldering automatic optical inspection plans creation and optimization熟悉表面安装焊接自动光学检测计划的创建和优化2.Experience with CAD and IPC_A_610 standards熟悉 CAD 和 IPC_A_610 标准3.Well understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures理解和应用质量标准和控制程序4.Strong Electronics aptitude/knowledge of components is required具备较强的电子专业能力/元器件知识5.Knowledge in common test technology and test equipment, analogue and digital measurement is beneficial熟悉常用测试技术和测试设备,熟悉模拟和数字测量6.> 2 years professional experience in PCBA manufacturing 2 年 PCBA 制造经验7.Experience with international employers and customers is beneficial, good bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills 具有与国际雇主和客户打交道的经验,良好的中英文双语书面和口头沟通能力8.Knowledge of SAP and MS Office熟悉 SAP 和 MS Office 软件
