Eaton’s Electrical Sector, Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) Division is currently seeking a Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA locations.
Position Overview:
The Customer Support Representative-Scheduling & Dispatch, is responsible for the scheduling & dispatch of service, supporting Eaton’s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) customer base. This position will require continuous customer interface to meet customer expectations and to create a positive customer experience. This is a 24/7 business environment and requires working a rotational weekend (Saturday & Sunday), and/or holiday schedule.
