Database Developer

This is your role. What part will you play?

· Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, debugs, tests and documents packages, procedures, and trigger to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects

· Consults with DB Architect and Database Administration on DB design

· Constructs data queries and performs data analysis to investigate data sources and identify data integrity issues

· Conducts and assists in unit, load, performance, and integration testing

· Provides development estimates as needed

· Issue resolution for production, QA, and test systems

· The positions focus is more on database development

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

· Experience: 6 – 8 years

· Strong relational database experience

· Advanced SQL Capabilities

· Experience with Oracle 19 / PostgreSQL

· Oracle PL/SQL & PL/pgSQL Development

· Experience with Toad and/or Oracle SQL Developer , PgAdmin

· Database Design

· Some years of experience using Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Stored Procedure, triggers, function and packages.

· Knowledge and Experience

· Data Warehousing Know-how

· Object Oriented Analysis and Design

· JAVA Programming Skills

· JSF Experience

· Experience with Web services

· Experience with ETL processes and tools

· German Language Skills will be added advantage

· Domain Knowledge of EDI will be added advantage

· ITIL Know How Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies and exposure in working with multi-site global teams
