Corporate Travel Analyst (US Remote)

Role

Splunk is looking for a Corporate Travel Analysist with strong experience in Corporate Travel and Corporate Card Programs to join our travel team. In this role you will interact directly with vendors, employees, and several internal departments. This position requires a well-rounded individual who is analytical and customer service focused. You will work on travel accounting, corporate card administration and travel operations support. You must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

What you will do:

Travel Accounting:

AMEX monthly JE uploads for GDC, Pcard and Executive Card, monthly AMEX statement reconciliation and communication and follow up to AP to ensure payments are processed correctly for GDC, Pcard, Executive Card, BTAs and V-payment accounts, AMEX monthly / quarterly reconcile / clear SAP open items, AMEX quarterly close

Travel:

Monitor and manage travel questions via email and slack, send new hire travel welcome emails, manage Travel invoices, run monthly airline reports, run weekly travel report to analyze out of policy spend and opportunities, run weekly travel reports for security, ad hoc travel reporting / analytics

Corporate Card Administration:

AMEX support - daily processing of card applications ( AU, CA, DE, FR, UK), weekly reporting on personal payments / non-business spend, monthly delinquency (AU, CA, DE, FR, UK) notices and payment reminders, managing account suspensions, refund & credit balance check requests, cardmember account reconciliation, ad hoc requests, general card member support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and project management skills
• High degree of dedication to improvement and strong sense of ownership
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges in a rapidly-growing and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, including ability to interact effectively with team, peers, cross-functional teams and business partners
• Forward thinking with a customer service mindset

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and benefits, and may be eligible for equity.

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $39.23 - 53.94 per hour

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $36.92 - 50.77 per hour

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $33.46 - 46.01 per hour
