About the role The Credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop and launch credit products across the globe \uD83C\uDF0F The team manages our products from day one to the end - developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. It's a big old job, but our people are a Credit to us all ✨ This is an exciting opportunity to launch UK Credit products to our UK customer base as part of our planned UK bank launch. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to help shape the credit strategy right from day-zero in a business well-placed to challenge the status-quo of the UK market. \uD83D\uDCAA You’ll also ensure we deliver the highest quality on product features, support and service levels. We need a Leader with capital ‘L’ to own product building and retail credit products, as well as an awesome boss to cooperate – from time to time – with Technical Product Owners and the Engineering team. What you’ll be doing • Owning one or more of our credit product categories end-to-end for the UK Bank - from scoping through to managing the product performance in the live environment • Identifying market opportunities and define product vision and strategy • Understanding customer needs & pain points and gather product requirements • Working with a cross-functional team of technical product-owners, developers, designers & operations managers as well as working collaboratively with credit risk, and our 2nd and 3rd line teams to deliver brilliant outcomes for our customers • Being responsible for delivering against a suite of customer-outcome and commercial KPIs
What you'll need • 3+ years of experience working with regulated consumer credit products in a UK Bank or other lender • Experience in managing virtual teams (the UK Bank will work very closely with product and technical experts in the broader Revolut Group to deliver the best experience for our customers.) • A high bar for customer outcomes, defining and delivering the highest standards for our customers • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • High analytical and technical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation • Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partners • Have a bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands on • Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond • Provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
