The Marketing Manager, Wisely Member Engagement, manages the development and execution of consumer cardholder marketing messaging and programs, with a primary focus on ADP’s paycard and digital payments account offerings, under our Wisely portfolio brand. This role has a heavy focus on digital and social and requires skillset and experience in those areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage myWisely.com website content updates, working with our digital agency to ensure updates are made accurately and on time.
  • Develop new ideas on how to continuously enhance the content on the website, ensuring both educational content and product updates are reflected. Content could be in the form of videos, listicles, quizzes, games, articles, etc.
  • Work with our digital agency to optimize SEO on the website.
  • Manage the social media presence for Wisely (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), working with our digital agency to develop content calendar and creative. Secure all necessary approvals.
  • Manage a library of in-app marketing messages, working with Global Product & Technology partners, to execute.
  • Develop in-product marketing tiles to encourage Wisely cardholder usage and retention.
  • Review cardholder regulatory and product communications, ensuring that communications are clearly articulated and in the Wisely brand voice.
  • Provide monthly reporting for these channels (website, social media, in-app, etc.) as part of monthly marketing update to Leadership.
  • Assists in broader marketing efforts associated with launching new payments products.
  • Write and develop messaging for member communications.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance based on defined KPIs and report out to Management.
  • Manage content reviews and versions with our bank and partners to gain approval for marketing materials and content.
  • Manage invoice processing and reconciliation, as well as budgets.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years marketing experience
  • Digital and social media marketing experience
  • SEO knowledge
  • Collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Experience working at a card issuer, prepaid card provider or bank or other payments related experience
  • Prior experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge and experience with social media tools such as Sprout Social
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Tableau and Google Analytics experience

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $68,700 - $139,300 / Year
