The base salary range for this role is $130,184 - $213,874 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. For information about our benefits, please visit https://benefitsatfanatics.com/ As a Senior Manager, Football Marketing at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for all facets of commercial planning & performance. Reporting into the Director of Commercial Marketing, you will play an integral role in the Marketing team, as well as the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming team.

Responsibilities

    • Ownership and accountability for Football Net Gaming Revenue and all relevant KPIs that ladder up to achieving Football & Sportsbook NGR
    • Designing and implementing a market-leading commercial marketing strategy that rewards & retains customers in order to achieve commercial objectives
    • Develop Business Briefs for key sporting moments, working closely with the Business Intelligence, Finance & Research teams to define and articulate the commercial objectives of the campaign to key stakeholders
    • Weekly commercial marketing activity, including but not limited to promotional strategy
    • Regular performance reporting, providing detailed context and rationale, as well as defining next steps
    • Work closely with other Marketing functions, as well as Trading, Product, Operations & Technology teams, to design and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable Football betting experience for our customers
    • Work cross-functionally across the entire Fanatics ecosystem to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics’ strategic assets into the FBG product.

Experience and Skills

    • A real passion for Football, and an inherent understanding of what Football fans want in order to be entertained.
    • [Preferred] A proven track record of developing strategy and deploying execution in the sports space
    • [Preferred] Strong commercial acumen with multiple years’ experience of managing commercial performance
    • [Preferred] Experience working in a marketing/commercial discipline
    • Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
    • Curious and fast learner willing to dive in to sports betting and become proficient in consumer/industry insights and functionality
    • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
    • Excellent communication skills, ideally experienced at presenting to senior leadership
    • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
