Job Description

As the Unity Tech Lead, you will be in charge of managing the 2 game development teams. Reporting to the Technical Lead in Paris Team, you will be at the forefront of our production system, liaising between the game development teams, the framework team and with the top management and all the different teams’ managers.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Manage the game development leads and overseeing their teams;
• Ensure a proper coordination between the technical and the product development environment, giving your opinion and arbitrating decisions, priorities, and solutions in a neutral way;
• Ensure proper communication with top management and between the various teams involved;
• Solve development and production issues while being able to deep-dive in the concrete day-to-day operations but also sharing a strategic vision;
• Create an environment based on trust, open-communication, transparency and technical excellence;
• Develop tools and best practices to support the development team in their daily work.

Qualifications

Qualities we are looking for:

• You have a solid Mobile development experience (ideally in gaming);
• You have an experience managing people and coordinating teams;
• You are an Unity expert;
• You are a passionate and motivated person;
• You are able to efficiently coordinate and communicate with people from various backgrounds and nationalities;
• You are able to speak English in a professional environment.
