The Customer Subs and Venture Experience Analytics team help our partners in USI Core Product teams achieve their goal of driving corporate-wide initiatives such as the Customer Subscriptions Program and Venture Home Customer Experience by providing insights from business metrics and KPIs. In addition to our key stakeholders, we collaborate widely with other analytics and business teams from site-side customer analytics to all product analytics teams.

Understanding customers’ behavior and experience across the entire product portfolio is the key to unlocking growth opportunities. The Customer Subs and Venture Experience Analytics team’s focus is to build a customer-level view of data and insights to support our business partners in their efforts to grow our USI business by driving customers’ attaches across more capabilities to complete profiles and activating/engaging customers on the venture home surfaces to drive long-term customer-level retention. Why is this important? Our mission directly supports the Customer Outcome Corporate Metric for 2023. Our plan is to supervise customer-level success metrics that address both the Depth of a customer’s relationship with GoDaddy. The customer cohort view follows customers from initial attaches to activations/usages, VA, retention, and eventually GPV. Our work lays the foundation to enable these next-gen customer success metrics.

What you'll get to do...

• Support GoDaddy growth by understanding business leaders' goals and objectives, developing analytic requirements, providing answers to business questions, making recommendations, and joining forces in driving business improvement and optimization
• Use data to tell a story. Conduct in-depth analytics to identify practical insights, suggest experimentation ideas, make recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by optimally communicating findings to global multi-functional groups
• Build multifaceted and rich dashboards. Show results in easy-to-understand visualizations that help our partners understand their business and its drivers
• Build end-to-end data solutions from analytic-designed data sets to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide views, dashboards, and custom reports
• Build and craft sophisticated SQL queries, and dashboards in tableau and be able to handle exploratory and broad analysis with limited supervision
• Perform multivariate statistical analysis such as correlation and regression analysis to uncover driver relationships among key behavior indicators and success metrics
• Support A/B testing and experimentation by advising the business on sample size and power calculation when needed and providing custom and deep drive analysis on experimentation results.
• You are responsible for building the data and analytic foundation to carry out all the above activities at scale and at high velocity e.g., production datasets, business logic, data science models, scores, measurement frameworks, critical metrics, reports, dashboards, and data products

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytics role
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineer or Quantitate Field Related.
• 2+ Years of proficiency in SQL codes, Hive or AWS. You need to be super comfortable with pulling, joining, re-shaping and analyzing large, disparate and highly sophisticated datasets
• Command over data science techniques such as linear regression, binary classification, clustering, A/B testing
• Experience with at least one scripting language like Python / R.
• 6+ months of Experience with data visualization tools Tableau and presenting reports in Tableau dashboardsCan-do attitude and learner mind set, eager and willing to explore new business/technical areas and dive deep.

You might also have...

• Postgrad degree in Business Analytics or Data Science is a plus
• Programming proficiency and ability to write production-grade code
