Description:As the CH-53K enters Full-Rate Production for the United States Government and gains its first international customer with the Israeli Air Force, we are looking to expand our influence globally.
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible individual to support the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) on International and US Government CH-53K proposals.
The candidate will:
• Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address international program capture needs and execution, inclusive of new supplier evaluation/stand up.
• Work on subcontract management plans and negotiation strategy for domestic and international pursuits.
• Support planning, organizing, and developing weekly/monthly capture and executive briefings.
• Establish milestone objectives and manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
• Enter and manage a database/workflow software scheduling tool to ensure timely completion and accurate performance metrics.
• Assist with the Independent Non-Advocate Review including documentation, presentation preparation and prep meetings with Subcontract Panel Member.
• Travel internationally (passport required)
Basic Qualifications:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Must have at least 7 years experience.

• Collaborative leadership skills to motivate and effectively work with a cross-functional capture team.

Previous Sikorsky experience
Previous supply chain experience supporting the 53k program
