Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, Co is seeking a full-time Early Career Antenna/Radio Frequency Test Engineer.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security . This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Responsibilities include the following:
Perform as a Test Engineer with hands-on training to become a Certified Test Conductor (CTC) responsible for leading the Test design, Test development, and Test execution of the ATLO Antennas within the Anechoic Chambers and Environments Labs
Develop design documentation, technical specifications, test plans, automated test scripts, procedures, GUIs, limit files, and other documentation used to conduct Antenna testing
Review and analyze telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies Unit functionality. Document test anomalies found during test execution and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Support Program System, Ground Support Equipment, and External Customers in the development and verification of specifications and test requirements on Flight Hardware
Basic Qualifications:
- 's degree from an accredited college ( or Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience/combined
- Understanding of fundamental RF/ concepts, such as Antenna Patterns, Mismatch, S-Parameters, IP3, Modulation, etc
- Understanding of RF/ measurements and techniques, such as S-parameters, Noise Figure, NPR, Compression, Group Delay, etc
This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in SV Integration and Test including Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Vibe, EMC/EMI, Final Functional
- Experience with Automation Framework or procedure writing
- Experience in an assembly/integration and test environment, including an understanding of the test process
- Experience Working with RF Design engineers and CPEs to analyze and report test data
- Experience using instruments such as VNA Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator
- Demonstrated test equipment used on the following equipment: oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and/or digital multi-meters.
