Bosch eBike Systems, a market leader for pedal-assist electric bike (eBike) drivetrain components in Europe, is growing quickly in North America as more bicycle retailers sell eBikes from brands “ e powered by Bosch”. As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will contribute to a team that promotes the benefits of eBikes to North American cyclists and non-cyclists alike.

Job Description

Bosch eBike Systems North America is seeking an intern to assist with service data handling. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Enter and manage customer data within CRM tool
• Compile and manage service partner metrics and reporting (e.g. KPIs, sales data)
• Support reconciliation of warranty part returns

As the intern gains experience, the role will expand to include data analysis tasks, report creation, and other data-related projects.

Qualifications

Current student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an interest in service and/or data management.

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
• Pursuing a Bachelors with at least one semester completed
• Business, Business/Econ, Information Management/Information Systems
• Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Ideal candidate is a first- or second-year student with 10-15 hrs/week of availability; they will preferably stay in this role for one year+ to gain deeper knowledge of the systems and processes and take on more challenging tasks

• Duration: 6+ months
• 24-40 hrs/week
