We’re looking for a problem solver who can use their skills to help perform detailed analyses, including the evaluation of the detectability of airborne systems and survivability analyses of weapon systems and platforms to be deployed in future combat scenarios. This is an opportunity to hone your technical abilities on significant technical problems, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication.

Our modeling and simulation team performs a variety of classified analyses of future weapon and platform concepts for DoD clients. We develop the detailed models and simulations as required by those analyses. That’s why we need you, an engineer with an interest in RF systems, radar signal processing, antenna modeling, and operational approach assessments. While working with a diverse and experienced team, you’ll perform modeling and simulation development and operational assessments, to possibly include radar signal processing code development and the refinement of missile and gun models in Fortran, C++, MATLAB, and Simulink. You’ll directly impact the Department of Defense’s mission by helping determine what tactics, techniques, and procedures improve survivability and decrease vulnerability against foreign threat systems as well as helping make an informed decision for the acquisition of future systems. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• Experience with coding in MATLAB, C, C++, FORTRAN, or Python
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Winter 2022 or Spring/Summer 2023

• Experience with engineering and mathematics
• Experience with modeling and simulation
• Experience with Linux
• Knowledge of radar principles for antenna, signal processing, and track filters
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 60,000 to 90,000.
