Come join our Revenue Enablement Team

Our Revenue Enablement team is focused on driving new business into the organization through a variety of channels. Our team of strategic, well-connected advisors has been a tremendous source of lead generation and GTM insight.

What you will do

As the Program Manager (Referral Network) at Karat, you will own the relationship with our advisors, as well as the operations of our one of our highest value assets, our Advisors.

  • Act as the single point of contact for our most valuable resources, our advisors. Provide a white glove approach, by providing constant updates via in person, one on one meetings, and regular email and phone communication.
  • Work cross functionally with Account Teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment on GTM activity.
  • Drive revenue growth through the referral program through new business introductions and strategic expansions at existing accounts. Provide exceptional support enabling referral partners to engage their networks effectively.
  • Maintain and/or build systems that organize and inform internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement to develop and build the referral network, including but not limited to building strategy, execution, incentives and KPIs of the Karat Referral Network program.
  • Own continued process improvement and operational performance, including building documentation and communication cadences.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with our growing referral network and identify new partners for expansion.

The experience you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, client success, strategic partnerships or related commercially-focused field. Experience managing c level relationships and providing executive level support.
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain high priority activities.
  • Measurable experience prioritizing and completing multiple programs
  • Experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, and the C-suite to ensure alignment.
  • Experience at a technology or high growth startup preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in succeeding in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
  • Project management or business operations experience preferred.
  • Comfortable in salesforce, excel, linkedin and the google suite.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are open to remote candidates for this role (within the U.S.).
