Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full-Time Cyber Security Intelligence Analyst - Early Career for Colorado Springs, CO.
The GPS Control Segment (GCS) team in Colorado Springs is solving challenges in supporting our customer’s mission of delivering and sustaining reliable GPS capabilities to America's warfighters, allies and civil users; and we're looking for motivated self-driven technologists to join us.
• Maintain the GPS Defensive Cyber Operations Tool Suite as a best in class solution.
• Assist the program with secure architecture design and resiliency.
• Identifies, develops, and implements resilient countermeasures to reduce risk to the enterprise.
Occasional travel may be required to military installations in California.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require obtaining a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of Linux Enterprise solutions such as centralized authentication or Infrastructure as Code
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain Security+ certification
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Splunk or other SIEM tool
• Knowledge of VMware architectures
• Knowledge of Ansible
• Familiarity with information security tools, concepts and issues across a broad range of technologies
• Familiar with secure information system design and architecture
• Understanding of TCP/IP and common protocols such as SSH, HTTP/S, DNS, S/FTP, DHCP, LDAP, or SNMP
