Job Description

Software expert and software architect for the scope of the customer Airbag project(s) and Customer Library.

Focus on Software requirement development, technical decisions, Customer Library architecture and design.

Provides Technical support internally to the development team as a single point of contact for technical questions with respect to software.

Ability to work and communicate effectively in global project settings.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience with C language, Compiler, linker and debugger
• 3+ years of experience with Microcontrollers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on global projects with global teams
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Explaining and training of complex technical problems
• Analytic Methods (8D)
• Process Knowledge (CMMI, A-SPICE, CC-PS processes)
• System Overview (including HW and Sensors)
• Knowledge of Airbag-ECU
• DOORS (Requirement Management Tool)
• ALM-CCM/CQ (Change Management Tool)
• ALM-SCM/MKS (Software Configuration Management Tool)
• Rhapsody/AMEOS (Software Design Tool) (Preferred)
• iSTAr
• QAC
