The Lead, Enterprise Mobility Engineer is responsible for Enterprise Mobility Services including MDM, MAM and Mobile Expense Management (TEM) to support and implement Estee Lauder’s workplace strategy which is based on a shift to highly agile, mobile and collaboration technologies to enable employees to connect seamlessly from anywhere and be fully productive.

Mobile Device Management

• Work in partnership with Managed Services provider(s) to maintain MDM ecosystems and develop new products and service
• Implement and maintain ELC Global Mobility standards and ensure device registration (and device enrolment) with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
• This includes Mobile Iron, Apple Device Enrolment Program (DEP), Apple Business Manager, Apple Device Enrolment (ADE) features and capabilities as well as Android equivalents, such as Samsung Knox Mobile Enrolment (KME), Samsung Knox Configure (KC), Android Enterprise and Android Zero Touch enrolment experiences and nuances
• Own the end-to-end process from initial engagement all the way through delivery of mobile devices to countries globally, through a partnership with business owners, operations, engineering and other product teams
• Keen interest in emerging technologies and proven ability to quickly understand new/cutting-edge technologies including cloud and mobile security

Analytics and Reporting

• Accountable for ensuring any and all data associated with a mobile device, mobile website, mobile network traffic, mobile application or mobile device management solution is available. Ensure that the data is accurate, tagged and easily consumable by other reporting systems and tools
• Perform necessary analysis on the data to provide insights, reports and dashboards to help tell stories of mobile user experience and mobile adoption
• Analyze data and identify patterns, trends and key insights to publish and share with product owners and leadership
• Design and create necessary reports and dashboards to articulate stories for product owners and leadership
• Define metrics and KPIs related to mobile platform performance and user experience on mobile devices. Ensure the data required for these metrics and KPIs is collected, accurate and tagged with necessary metadata

Mobile App Deployment

• Test and Distribute Mobile Apps as per BU/Project Scope
• Communicate regular status to stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while still meeting timelines
• SPOC for Mobile Apps and Technology consultations.
• PKI Testing and implementation( Working with various teams, and testing multiple mobile devices)
• Manage MDM environment (Apps, Policies/Configurations, Cleanup initiatives, device management)
• Develop QA Environment (Define processes, testing, and working with app Owners)
• Manage QA Environment (Apps, Policies/Configurations, Cleanup initiatives, device management)
• Signing/wrapping apps of in-house apps
• Manage apple Develop Portal (Manage App profiles, and certificates)
• Implement and manage global Mobile Testing/Certification for new iOS releases
• Responding to escalations and providing troubleshooting when necessary
• Test new hardware (iPhones, iPads, Android, and Blackberry devices)

Mobile Standards, CMDB and Change Control

• Maintain Mobile Apps in SNOW and CMDB
• Engage and Assist Brands, Regions and functions with standards and best practices
• Test and Distribute Mobile Apps as per BU/Project Scope
• Develop and Maintain the runbook
• Identify and Mentor App Developers and Business Owners

Lead Mobility Projects, for example

• Transition Enterprise from Mobile Iron to Intune
• Transition to new Mobile Expense Management Platform
