Represented in more than 90 countries, this Siemens Division has nearly 53,000 employees and more than 100 production sites worldwide.For our SI-GSW setup in Egypt we are looking for a Contract Manager to support our growing business:What are my responsibilities?• Preparation of legally sound contract documents• Review of intermediate contract status and comment/release of finalized contract documents• PR SPR contact for all legal/contractual issues and bottleneck/catalyst to LEGAL SERVICES• Legal support in selected negotiation situations (mediating function)• Preparation and execution of training measures (legal aspects and negotiation skills)• Initiates invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms• Active contribution to Segment-overlapping implementation measures in view of a unified contractual basis• Expert monitoring of internal processes in view of their legal security• Legal support in complex claim issuesWhat do I need to qualify for this job?• Expert knowledge in Contract Management and Egyptian Law (Procurement)• Expert knowledge in FIDIC contracts • Experience in Supply Management and holistic Purchase Order Processing• Enhanced experience in arranging extensive contracts and contractual concepts• Perform advising/auditing function among hierarchic coequals• Enhanced knowledge of selected foreign legal systems• Experience in foreign negotiation cultures• 5 to 7 years of experience What else do I need to know?
