ADP is hiring a Service Deliver Manager I. In this position you will be Responsible for the delivery of ADP services and ensuring services are provided in alignment with ADP service and quality standards. Responsible for retention and satisfaction for a combined client base.
Made up of clients with low complexity. Fundamental benefit outsourcing is provided, not a high level of outside parameters involved. - Provides continual internal communications to enhance the organization's effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues.
- Works closely with Implementation staff during the implementation phase and with Account Management to ensure service objectives are met.
- Ensures appropriate distribution of client assignments to team personnel.
- Provides direction to Operations personnel regarding individual client assignments and high priority project delegation.
- Communicates regularly with client to evaluate service satisfaction and to interface on day-to-day service delivery questions.
- Provides status reporting to client as appropriate.
- Oversees the coordination schedules and resources (including project management of annual enrollment).
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting service delivery.
- Provides operational reports to management and client according to scheduled deadlines.
- Participates in decision-making process within the sites, as required, concerning client support issues and procedures.
- Maintains and monitors compliance with operational and procedural standards.
- Strong understanding of ADP services and system architecture/structure
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: - 3-5 years of related implementation, project management, account management or operational experience with benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS and/or system implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Ability to prioritize critical client issues.
- Able to manage time and client conflict resolution.
- Able to analyze and bring resolution to complex system and processing issues.
- Able to identify, diagnose and resolve issues affecting client service.
- Understands the architecture/structure of the system.
- Able to communicate complex issues and resolutions by using concise language.
- Able to manage projects, including the creation and utilization of a project plan, and ability to effectively gather and document business requirements.
The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensations range for U.S. Nevada residents: $58,100 - $82,840 / year
