What part will you play?In particular, you will
  • be responsible for SRE’s global Talent Management jointly with the P&O business partner and carry out two different Talent Management programs per year (each with approx. 15 participants)
  • be responsible for an effective Competence Management globally within SRE including the online learning landscape and up-to-date development activities in close collaboration with SRE business function owners; as well you will advise the functions in setting up training initiatives in their area of responsibility; therefore you will gain a profound knowledge on the tasks, responsibilities and focus topics of the different SRE departments
  • drive Knowledge Management (e.g. internal global SRE Sharepoint)
  • conceptually design a high-qualitative on-boarding process and make sure it is implemented globally
  • conceptually design activities (in person/ virtually) to foster networking and team-building within SRE community and realize them jointly with SRE Communications
  • support and derive improvement actions for employee satisfaction (SGES)
  • identify new and innovative methods within people development (e.g. reverse mentoring, shadowing), pilot them and implement them globally for SRE if suitable
  • support the P&O Business Partner in ensuring that global Siemens programs like Leadership Narrative and “My Growth” are applied within SRE
  • support and leadership of change mgmt. and cultural initiatives to foster corporate identity within SRE
  • work in close collaboration with our global P&O Business Partner
  • be part of SRE’s Executive Office and thereby obtain broad insights in SRE ́s overall business, strategic developments and focus topics
What you need to make real what matters.You...
  • have a well-rounded academic background or a similar education (e.g. Business Administration, Organizational Development)
  • have gained broad professional experience – ideally in a global working environment with focus on people & organizational development
  • have experience in the area of project management as a plus to carry out the global initiatives
  • are experienced with MS Office products (Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
  • are motivated to work in the area of corporate real estate and would like to use this job as a stepping stone for a career within SRE or P&O
  • are an excellent communicator with networking and interpersonal skills
  • are self-driven, motivated and able to inspire others
  • are an open-minded and creative team player, who enjoys working in dynamic, multicultural ecosystems
  • you bring new ideas to the table and drive innovation within your area of responsibility
  • enjoy tapping into "unknown territory", are a fast, lifelong learner and flexible to take on various topics
  • speak English fluently, with advanced German a big plus
