About the role

As a Content Manager on our industry-leading creative team, you will help develop and produce editorial content for key customer segments in the StockX universe. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director, acting as one part writer and editor and one part creative strategist, working across StockX teams and creatives to bring emails, blog posts, copy projects, campaigns, and stories to life.

This role requires being a self-starter with a hunger for creating content. If you are passionate about current culture, always learning, developing your craft, becoming a subject matter expert, and creating compelling stories, this is the job for you.

What you’ll do

  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and other Content Managers to develop editorial strategy, using insights from analytics and sales data to set priorities and goals
  • Create content and customer communications (i.e. emails, push notifications, FAQs, educational documents) that drive discovery, excitement, and audience growth for the StockX brand
  • Work closely with the rest of the Creative team to create editorial that aligns with our brand voice and resonate with our audience
  • Support and service merchandising, cultural marketing, and customer acquisition teams to help fulfill company-wide content needs
  • Work in partnership with outside partners to tell stories, create content, identify opportunities, and execute strategy related to storytelling optimization
  • Collaborate with larger creative team on campaign pitch process and messaging
  • Work alongside the StockX social team to create timely content that is on par with current trends on social media platforms
  • Works alongside the SEO team to strategize and write content to help boost StockX’s ranking on Google

About you

  • A degree in journalism, advertising, and/or marketing communications
  • 1-3 years of experience working at an advertising agency, media company, or publication
  • Experience working in social media is a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
  • Links to published writing samples preferred
