This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join the Inside Sales Team at Mintel as an Account Executive. This team has always been a cornerstone of Mintel's sales success story, and a great starting point as you develop a challenging and rewarding career in sales.

  • A lot of flexibility: hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days WFH), flexible work hours (start between 7am and 11am), finish early on Fridays, work from alternative location for a few weeks per year

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve daily activity and monthly sales targets
  • Selling to customers across the DACH region
  • Developing, growing and supporting all aspects of the business sales cycle
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of telephone and email prospects
  • Conducting presentations and demo’s over the phone with Directors and CEO’s
  • Managing prospecting, negotiation and closing
  • Delivering accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management
  • Effectively utilising Mintel’s CRM system and leverage Mintel’s internal resources

What we are looking for from you:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Being comfortable in a busy, outgoing environment
  • Experienced in a telephone-based role
  • Naturally competitive and a team player
  • Willingness to take new ideas on board
  • Being energetic and naturally inquisitive
