Yext is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator in Hyderabad, India. The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the People Operations Team and is passionate about providing a great employee experience to everyone at Yext. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering HR operational support for assigned business units and will assist the HR team in every aspect of human resources at both a tactical and transactional level, with regards to onboarding and communication of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Do

  • Provide support to all areas of the employment lifecycle, this includes onboarding, employee job change, policy distribution, and offboarding
  • Prepare and distribute employee agreements
  • Manage coordination and execution of onboarding, including scheduling first-day activities, new hire orientations, collecting and processing new hire paperwork
  • Provide outstanding administrative support to contractors, employees, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal and external clients
  • Work with the payroll team to ensure employees are paid on time and accurately each month
  • Provide support in compensation, benefits, and engagement activities
  • Provide administrative and helpdesk support for HR systems and queries
  • Maintain an appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to help all staff perform at their best
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to better leverage technology and help the HR team scale

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with professional written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sophisticated organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
