Description:

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of AMMM International Program Finance activities including reporting and management responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• USG and DCS efforts. Candidate should have an understanding FAR and USG contracting
• Responsibilities in Budgeting preparation, LRP coordinating and tracking
• Execution of baseline and CEAC exercises for his or her assigned contracts. Risk mitigation
• Managing proposal process and new business process for the portfolio.
• Individual should have negotiation experience, understating of business strategy, good business acumen
• Communicating program issues effectively with internal LM teammates and leadership, as well as, effectively communicating with external customers, both USG and international users.
A thorough understanding of earned value concepts and the ability to conduct earned value analysis and prepare for presentation to various levels of leadership will be key in this role. Additionally, a thorough understanding of Cobra and Empower functions will be critical to success as these tools will be heavily used to execute this role.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in accounting/finance related discipline.
Financial Analysis experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and practices
Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools (Cobra, PM Compass, SAP, ADAR, etc.) and “data mining”
Experience budgeting and tracking a program
Desired Skills:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Thorough understanding of Empower and Deltek Cobra.
High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.
Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports.
Experience leading or playing a key role in baseline and CEAC exercises.
Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel.
